A tutor has to be smart enough to make the learning session effective. He/she has to look continuously for improvement in the student. In doing so, a tutor has to keep experimenting with multiple teaching methods. Not all students have the same ability of learning. A specific method that may be helpful for one student may not be helpful for another. Sometimes the problem may be evident, sometimes it may not. A teacher has to be competent enough to detect the problem of the student and sort it out.
